Responsibilities:
•Review analyze all systems and components information (from customer or from Design Engineering Department) for manufacturability.
•Work with Customer's or Design Engineers to ensure completeness & updated system Bill-Of-Materials.
•Work with Purchasing/Planning to update the Material Master/Bill-Of-Materials into the SAP Systems.
•Design and implement workflow, and document the Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI).
•Manufacturing support for all product technical issues on-line to meet customer acceptance criteria.
•Support the Project Engineer on all customer technical interface & project quotations External
•Support and train the Site Install team to handle technical issues during install & commissioning.
•Support the ops team to manage the Site team to ensure they meet customer targets.
•Work with the Customer's or Design Engineers to ensure system fulfill specifications.
•Follow-up with Supplier's Engineers to resolve technical issues with their components.
Requirement:
•Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation tooling and control engineering
•Knowledge of Design and Implementation of work flow
•Good interpersonal and communication skill
•SAP knowledge will be added advantage
•Willing to travel overseas.
