- Address customer inquiries/complaints via phone/email/fax and ensure appropriate actions are taken and followed through.
- Create and issue quotations/charges for customers, as part of Job Order Processing (JOP).
- Coordinate with subcontractors, customers, and relevant authorities/parties to ensure services are completed within the specified timeline and meet customer satisfaction.
- Organize completed service reports and ensure thorough documentation, uploading them to the SMS system
- Prepare shipping documentation for items to be delivered to customers.
- Manage air ticket reservations and bookings.
- Gather and provide materials/parts for subcontractors or Technicians/Engineers.
- Initiate purchase requisitions for accessories, installation materials, or parts needed for projects/service jobs.
- Maintain organized records of work schedules, filing systems, and documentation.
- Ensure all records and documentation are well-kept and orderly.
- Coordinate and manage schedules for projects and service tasks for all service personnel.
- Handle warranty claims for equipment.
Requirements:
- With Diploma or Higher in related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in related working experience.
- Excellent communication skills
