Supervise the project on site
- Supervise day to day operations at site / factory
- Supervising workers, subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work
- Plan and ensure all construction material are available and adequate at all times prior to getting workers to start work
- Co-ordinate in advance with supply chain staff to ensure all material, equipment’s and tools are available at all times
- Attend toolbox meetings
- Ensure site waste in accordance with the Company’s Site Waste Minimisation and Management policy.
- Driving / Dispatch of foreign workers between jobsites & living quarters when required
- Conduct quality check on the work performed
Prepare Risk Management Plan
- Ensure on time delivery to customers/operation
- Check and ensure the design drawing is accurate and are of the correct revision before site installation to avoid re -work
- Ensure sufficient manpower & material are available at all times
Ensure site Compliance to ISO & Safety and Health Requirement
- Maintain quality and environmental control procedures in accordance with ISO 9001and ISO 14001.
- Ensure that the workers working on site comply WSH policy
Monitor during and after the Job Completion
- Handle the completed job to customer and ensure customer sign back the “Handling Over Form”
- Clear all the defect works & ensure workers produced quality works all the time
