Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, ensure efficient space utilization, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Conduct inventory audits, monitor stock levels, and maintain proper documentation.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, and develop schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, and maintain cleanliness.
- Coordinate with logistics providers for shipments and optimize delivery routes.
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and implement improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of WMS and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
