- Prepare/draft proposals, quotations, letters of engagement, addendums, NDAs, etc
- Liaise with clients and business units in preparing the above contracts/documents
- Liaise with legal team for review of contracts/documents
- Liaise with client onboarding team for KYC matters
- Liaise with finance team for billing matters
- Updating of CRM tool and client database/listing
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
