Responsibilities:
- Reviewing contracts and overseeing contract processes.
- Providing legal education to business teams and overseeing compliance with laws and regulations.
- Responsible for developing and updating the Internal Control Program for security trade regulations and overseeing its implementation across the company.
- Managing export control processes within SAP, including material legal control confirmation and end-user list verification, and reporting back to headquarters.
- Conducting periodic export control training, offering guidance and support to subsidiaries and affiliates, and conducting audits as needed.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in business/supply chain or legal field
- Min. 5 years of exp in trade compliance
- Experience as in-house legal / reviewing business contract will be advantagous
