Responsibilities:
- Coordinate purchases with both international and local suppliers, overseeing the entire purchasing process from order placement to payment.
- Strategically plan material quantities and maintain optimal inventory levels to support sales and production, including setting safety stocks.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods from both international and local suppliers while managing freight costs through shipment consolidation and cost-effective transport modes.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure deals and collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
- Oversee warehouse operations and logistics to ensure smooth functioning, supporting new project development and production.
- Expand the supply chain network by identifying and onboarding new suppliers, while also managing SAP administration for material master maintenance and compliance with ISO/legal standards.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Supply Chain/ Business related
- Min. 5 years in managing supply chain
