We are looking for Account Assistant / Executive Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job description:
- Process invoices and update SAP entries.
- Execute payment runs and reconcile statements of accounts.
- Assist with month-end closing tasks.
- Provide support for finance-related inquiries and monitor the AP mailbox.
- Handle ad-hoc finance duties as assigned, including vendor master data creation and GST input report extraction.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent certificates
- Prior SAP knowledge will be advantageous
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Organized and meticulous
