Adecco has partnered with a global leader in the 3PL industry and is actively seeking outstanding talent to fill the position of Business Development Manager. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive the growth of the company's customer base and build strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Expand revenue and strengthen relationships with the existing customer base
- Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals. Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with customers, shippers, and vendors on pick-up and delivery schedules.
- Engage in negotiations for contracts and rate agreements.
The Talent:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Min. 1 years in the Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and Business Development.
