Inside Sales / Sales Admin
Responsibilities
· Identify potential customers using various resources.
· Make outbound sales calls and send emails to prospective clients.
· Present product features and benefits to potential customers.
· Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions.
· Provide quotes to potential customers and close sales deals.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and address any issues or concerns.
· Report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the Sales Manager.
· Work closely with the marketing team on sales strategies and campaigns.
· Stay updated on industry trends and new products
· Provide support to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.
Requirement
· Minimum Diploma holder or above in any related field
· 1 to 2 years in outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience in Information Technology Industry preferred.
· Excellent customer relationship development skills
· Good organizational skill and the ability to multitask
· Strong listening and sales skills
· Proficiency in MS Office skills
