Project Manager/ Assistant Manager (Construction/Hospital/M&E)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage project progress according to schedules and budgets.
  • Review and approve construction design drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on construction activities.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to project management.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of construction activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 – 8 years of experience in project engineering with supervisory background
  • Prior experience in a construction industry is preferred
