- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential sales leads through various research methods, including outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects and maintain ongoing communication to understand their needs, address questions, and build relationships.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively convey their value to potential customers.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, both virtually and in writing, to demonstrate the benefits and features of the product or service.
- Negotiation and Closing: Work to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide regular updates to management on the status of leads and deals.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to management to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to keep detailed records of customer interactions, track progress, and schedule follow-up activities.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Other ad-hoc work assigned by the manager from time to time.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
