Salary: $18 per hour (equivalent to $3300 per month)
Contract: 3 months
Working Location: Nearest to Kent Ridge MRT (possible of hybrid working arrangement)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours
Job Descriptions
- Support curriculum development efforts to strengthen and promoting the curriculums relating to clinical courses.
- Facilitate discussions for workgroups to design, review, develop and implement changes to education programs
- Plan and monitor timelines for the workgroup to ensure that milestones are tracked and tasks are completed
- Effective change and stakeholder management to promote close collaboration between different groups of educators and their stakeholders in the process;
- Collect, manage and analyse data as required, e.g., for program evaluation and assessment, to enable data driven decision-making;
- Support for the Curriculum Committees in the school, to ensure effective operation of curriculum governance.
- Provide on-site operational support for NUS Medicine clinical exams and other activities critical to our education mission
Job Requirements
- Degree in any field, good to be graudated in Life Science courses.
- Strong administrative and communication skill.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate and/or Microsoft Power BI is an addition!
