Job Description:

  • Responsible for managing patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations, which encompasses billing and payments.
  • Assist patients with inquiries, navigate them through the healthcare system, and uphold compliant medical record management.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to support patient care and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring favorable patient interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ā€˜Nā€™ / ā€˜Oā€™ Levels / Nitec / Diploma
  • Minimum customer service experience required.
  • Candidates without healthcare experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
