Job Description
· Perform general administrative duties such as filing, controlling and maintaining of documents
· Perform IR21, IR8A for workers & staffs
· Monitor and follow up on staffs’ probation, confirmation, appraisal or promotion
· Migration to new HR System (Whyze HR)
· Performance Appraisal for staffs and implement company handbook
· Organize company events/team bonding activities
· Handle Petty cash claims
· Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Performance Review, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Orientation Program.
· Application/Renewal of Permit and Passes for workers and office staff.
· Handle Payroll & Leave Application Matters
· Prepare letters & memo for workers/office staffs etc.
· Other Ad-Hoc Duties.
Requirements
· Minimum diploma/degree in HR or Business Administration
· At least 4 years of related HR & Admin
· Cheerful, Responsible, Meticulous, Fast-thinker and Takes initiative in work.
· Fast Learner, Able to get things done fast in a systematic way.
· Fluent in English & Chinese, Malay is a plus.
· Knowledge of Sage Payroll System is a plus.
· Only Singaporean/ Singaporean PR/Malaysians are welcomed to apply.
