Job Description:
- Welcome, greet, assist, and direct clients and guests into meeting room in a smooth and efficient manner.
- Works closely with the tea lady for beverage and snack orders.
- Responsible for the requisition of beverage and light snacks.
- Coordinate the set-up of internal meetings.
- Manage reservation of meeting rooms.
- Guide customers and resolve queries at first level.
- Handle basic or general queries on banking policies and procedures
- Double up as witness for walk in/appointment clients
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure fixtures/hardware are in good/working conditions in centres
- Administer preparation of new hires template for Wealth CE
- Organises staff Biodata (write up of staff profile and photographer) –
- Coordinate biodata for sales related roles and new client welcome gift
- Administrative duties such as process vendor payment, procurement of carpark coupons
- Ad hoc duties
- Manage incoming/outgoing courier
Job Requirement:
- Min O-Level or equivalent
- Possess a good command of spoken and written in English
- Preferably experience in Customer Service or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive working attitudes
- Service-oriented, attentive to details and observant
- Able to display passion, energy, and professionalism in their duties.
