Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Hupfarri. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks that support the sales team and ensure smooth store operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory Count: Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Facilitation of After Sales Service: Coordinate and manage after-sales service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Assisting Sales Executive in Arranging Delivery: Support the sales executive by scheduling and organizing deliveries when needed, ensuring that products are delivered to customers efficiently and on time.
- Cashiering Duties: Handle cashiering responsibilities, including processing transactions, managing cash, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Storefront Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the storefront, ensuring that the display areas are attractive and presentable to customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum āOā/ āNā Level Certification, Diploma Holders welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position (5 days a week with offs on weekday)
