Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop data migration strategies and plans, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during migration, while minimizing downtime and disruption to business operations
- Implement data migration scripts and tools to transfer data from legacy systems to Salesforce, performing data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality data imports
- Collaborate with team and stakeholders to define data mapping and transformation rules, resolving data conflicts and discrepancies, and ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Execute data migration activities according to the defined migration strategy, performing dry runs, data verification, and reconciliation to ensure successful and error-free data migration
- Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting, resolving data-related issues, and assisting with data validation and reconciliation efforts to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
- Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications
- Experience in data migration projects, including data profiling, ETL processes, and data quality management
- Proficiency in SQL, data mapping tools, and data migration methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Prior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous
