Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop integration solutions using technologies such as MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce Connect, designing and implementing data mappings, transformations, and error handling logic
- Configure and maintain middleware platforms for seamless data exchange between systems, ensuring proper authentication, authorization, and data encryption
- Collaborate with Integration Lead and external teams/vendors for integration design and development, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support throughout the integration lifecycle
- Perform unit and integration testing of integration components, validating data flows, error handling, and system interactions, and ensuring compliance with functional and non-functional requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
- Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications
- Experience with integration platforms and technologies
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and middleware configurations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Prior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous
