Ø Prepare and monitor quotations;

Ø Provide support to Sales Engineers for their day-to-day client requirements;

Ø Prepare monthly progress claim and submit / mail Tax Invoice to customers;

Ø Attend queries from customer on billing related issue;

Ø Maintain good business connection with customers;

Ø Liaise with other departments (Finance, Operation and Design departments) to ensure that enquiries and submissions are attended properly and accurately to satisfy customer requirements;

Ø Maintain filing system of the complete customer quotations and other related documentations;

Ø Monitor customer payment status;

Ø To replenish office stationery and pantry supply;

Ø Commit to OHS & QMS and Continual improvement efforts;

Ø Other administration duties as and when required by the line managers;
