Job Description / Responsibilities
- Plan, and safely execute assigned capital projects to project baselines.
- Overseeing and directing construction project from conception to completion
- Reviewing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Owner Representative to execute project according to scope and timeline
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permit and licenses
- Create & present monthly project status reports and chair monthly project steering team meetings.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Able to Demonstrate Team Leadership Ability.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Able to Demonstrate Safety Focus and Safety Leadership.
