This role will be responsible for the P&L, sales, account management, talent acquisition and
development, and regional industry relations. This role will also be expected to create and execute
strategies that drive continuous growth in both volume and profitability and will play a key role in
the evolution of enterprise vision, strategy, process and ensuring the achievement of company
goals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate business leads internally and externally
- Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship
- building
- Responsible for overall profitability of the company’s P&L
- Manage day-to-day operations with KPI metrics
- Lead and guide regional sales teams to meet targets and strategic goals
- Oversee coordination with relevant departments on meeting customers’ requirements
- Ensure the accuracy and timeless of monthly sales reporting to Management by updating all sales activities in Salesforce
- Contribute to the development of Sales Plans, forecasting business volume for future periods and regular site / product sales calls
- Any other adhoc assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant field of studies
- Min. 8 years of sales experience or in an equivalent sales management/Director role
- Proven management and leadership experience
- Strong verbal and communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
