Reporting to Senior QA Manager
- Responsible for DPSS product quality improvement activities, customer feedback, KPI reporting, New Product Transfer activities, support internal & external audits, to support new supplier/material First Article (FAI) validation, establish quality standard operating procedure (SOP) & Quality Control Plan (PQCP), work with manufacturing engineer and to drive timely quality issue escalation and resolution.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
- relevant experience in Product Quality engineering with hands-on experience in manufacturing, process and quality controls
- Certified ISO lead auditor with working knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO13485
- strong problem solving skills and good knowledge in Six Sigma DMAIC approach, Lean principles, Kaizen, SPC, FMEA,GR&R
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
