Roles and Responsibilities
Main duty: Printing and inventory management
In charge of Processing & completing all printing requests from the staff for School Materials and Papers.
Preparing and verifying documents. Tabulating & submission on a monthly basis the amount of printing/meter reading carried out using the machines.
Ordering and replenish the consumables associated with school supplies and printing needs. Managing & ordering school inventories and consumables.
Additional duty: Admin assistance
Administrative assistance in areas such as customer service and counter duties.
General administration to support Finance, Staff and Student matters and activities.
Managing records.
Compiling statistics.
General Tasks assigned to support school logistics.
Drafting correspondence, and handling calls and inquiries.
Job Requirements:
1. Able to operate Office Automations and equipment like Printing and
photocopiers.
2. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
3. Relevant work experience in school general administration
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using
IT systems.
5. Minimum of one year of experience in a school setting.
6. Excellent team-player who is organised and meticulous.
7. Must be able to multi-task and handle a range of admin duties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
