Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the recruitment process
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
- Create, propose and implement strategic effective hiring channels, procedures or techniques to improve recruitment measures
- Responsible for creation of weekly and monthly reports
- Be the point of contact to deliver value added services
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
