Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Min of 3 years of experience in project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in A&A.
