- Position : Application Engineer (Sealing Products) - Up To $5,000 + AWS
- Location : North – Woodlands
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,800 + AWS + Incentive Bonus + Corporate Card + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support and expertise advice to customers (both internal and external) on product selection, solutions and other applications knowledge.
- Do regular site visits as part of field learning experiences and also to help troubleshoot issues as necessary.
- Work with sales team to provide customers with product demonstrations and company presentations, technical solution and products offer.
- Work with the company's global application team to maintain close coordination and cooperation, access to product related information and seek for technical support when necessary.
- Participate actively in knowledge exchange through global forums and case studies.
- Conduct necessary technical training to customers, distribution partners and internal team
- EPC related projects - to support the sales team in spec-in activities with the best solution, as well as reviewing project technical/testing specifications
- Work with QC team on product defects/issues/technical aspects
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing and Engineering is preferred; with at least 2-3 yeas of relevant experience, research and development or technical support experience.
- Competent in Solidworks/Autocad.
- Industrial sealing products industry work experience is preferred.
- Mechanical engineering or application engineering expertise background and field experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
