We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Workshop Assistant cum Retail Associate to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Promote the Workshop: Actively promote our workshops through various channels, engaging potential customers and raising awareness about our offerings.
- Conduct Interactive Workshops: Facilitate short, engaging workshops, ensuring a positive and educational experience for all participants.
- Assist in Course Enrolment: Manage the enrolment process, helping customers sign up for courses and answering any queries related to our educational offerings.
- Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service before and after courses, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain Shop Cleanliness: Keep the shop and workshop areas clean and inviting to create a pleasant environment for customers and learners.
- Assist in Venue Setup: Prepare the venue for workshops, setting up necessary materials and ensuring the space is organized and conducive to learning.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, ensuring that all materials needed for workshops and retail operations are adequately stocked and organized.
Working Hours & Commitment:
- Full-time: 44 hours per week
- Shifts include weekends and public holidays.
- All staff are expected to commit to at least 1 year of employment to ensure continuity and service excellence
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, retail, or teaching/facilitation preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A passion for education and helping others learn and grow.
