Responsibilities :
- Establish sales strategies and developing distribution channels to ensure company’s objectives are met
- Internal training & developing clients across the region to ensure department’s objectives are met
- Implementing sales programs by developing sales action plans across the region
- Interfaces directly with key clients and handles inquiries from the field
- Coordinating all shipments/deliveries and needs by clients
- Expand sales volume and product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- In-depth understanding and planning on monthly sales forecasts
- Provides monthly/quarterly reports to management and HQ
- Constantly evaluates clients’ strength and weaknesses and formulate appropriate action plans
Requirements :
- At least 3-5 years of regional sales experience handling commercial or pro-audio products
- Comfortable with 60-70% travel volume
- Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office
- Creating and implementing sales plan with solid business acumen and good track records
- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
- Analysing sales data
- Presentation skills
- Developing budgets
- Strong passion for audio products
- Proven track record of positive sales performance
