Job Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Reviewing and negotiating contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the project.
- Progress claims Assessing the value of work completed on-site and certifying payments to contractors based on the progress of the project.
- Dispute Resolution: Resolving any disputes related to project costs or contracts that may arise during the construction process.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quality Surveyor with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Detail oriented, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
