Position Overview:
The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for warehouse operations which include space management, inward and outward movement of all inventory, safety, orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse and accurate and timely records and documentation.
The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor shall perform all operations in most productive and efficient manner and in compliance with Good Manufacturing and Good Distribution Practices
Main Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Orders Fulfilment
- Picking and packing of finished goods
- Track, trace and expedite order fulfillment to ensure 100% service level
- Co-ordinate deliveries schedule with contracted delivery/logistics agents for all local and overseas shipments
- Record keeping of all outward delivery orders and return of sales invoices
- Prepare monthly delivery expense record
2. Goods and Materials Receiving
- Receive all goods and materials (Purchased/ Returned/ Exchanged) according to proper and relevant documents (Purchase Orders/ Return Forms/ Exchange Forms) and ensure accuracy in quantity and quality specified
- Affix distinct and clear labels on all outer cartons and packs
- Ensure storage in appropriate conditions and locations after goods and materials have been properly released
- Timely and accurate data entries into inventory systems, and requisite recording and documentation for all receiving
3. Goods and Materials Issuance
- Accurate issuance of all goods and materials that have been authorized for release according to proper and relevant documents (Job Orders/ Requisition Forms)

4. Space Management
- Maintain orderliness of all inventory stored in the warehouse
- Maintain cleanliness and pest control in the warehouse
- Ensure sufficient space for all incoming shipments
5. Safety and Security
- Secure the warehouse to maintain integrity and security of all inventory items
- Ensure checks and maintenance of all warehouse fixtures and furnishings, equipment and machinery
6. Equipment and Machinery Maintenance
- Operation, care and basic maintenance of all equipment and machinery used in the warehouse
- Co-ordinate, monitor and facilitate repair and/or maintenance orders
7. Manufacturing and Production
- Issuance of all materials required for on-site manufacturing, primary and secondary assembly
- Reconcile all materials returned after on-site manufacturing, primary and secondary assemblyReceive all released final finished products into the warehouse
- Assist to clean all premises, equipment and machinery utilised for on-site manufacturing, primary and secondary assembly
- Assist in operation, care and basic maintenance of all equipment and machinery used in production
Competency Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Experience in Warehousing, space management, Picking & Packing
- Good level of physical fitness as this position involves moderate to high level of physical activities
- Honesty and reliability
- Excellent attention to details
- Diligent and accurate record keeping skills
- Good proficiency in mathematics, computer literacy in Word, Excel, use of email and inventory & distribution management systems
- Strong organisation, planning and implementation skills
- Ability to identify potential problems before they occur
- Good inter-personal and teamwork skills; ability to communicate across all levels within company and with external vendors and service providers
- Willing to accept new challenges.
