A passionate and team oriented Optician or Optometrist to join us at New China Opticians, a family-owned optical shop near City Hall, Singapore. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality eyecare solutions. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients have a positive and personalized experience.
Job Summary:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations.
- Analyze test results and recommend appropriate corrective eyewear solutions.
- Educate patients on eye health, lens options, and frame styles.
- Assist with frame selection and ensure proper fit and comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Valid registration with the Singapore Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail optical setting (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
