Teaching Schedule
The teaching schedule for all intensive courses taught by Visiting Professors is as follows:
- A total of 27 hours, to be taught as 3-hour seminars, 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) for 3 weeks.
- Classes on Mondays and Wednesdays are held from 6:30pm to 9:30pm; classes on Fridays are held from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.
- The schedule is fixed and cannot be changed (unless there is a public holiday and a make-up class is required).
Other Information
The courses offered by Visiting Professors should not duplicate or overlap significantly with present courses taught at NUS Law. The list of courses in the current academic year may be found here –

Visiting Professors are expected to submit all reading materials (e.g. cases and articles) in electronic format (either .doc or .pdf format) for uploading to the intranet and dissemination to students. No printed materials will be distributed to students. Students are also not expected to purchase any books for these intensive courses.
Candidates should be academically strong and are expected to have a postgraduate degree in law (PhD/JSD/SJD).
