Job Description & Requirements
- Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/ Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract
- Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on site quality and safety issues.
- Determine any non-conformances on works
- Liaise with Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly
- Ensure that decisions on site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable time frame.
- Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme withoutcompromising on quality and safety quality and safety matters and suggest quality improvement measures for implementation on site
- Supervise installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation
- Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor /client
Job Requirement
- Minimum Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in project/construction environment
- Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project workPro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills
Required to have at least 2 years of viaduct and/or flyover construction
