Key Responsibilities:
· Manage incoming calls and deliver consistent advice & support to customers on our services and memberships in accordance with the company’s service standards
· Packing order and preparing invoice and issuing D.O. for packing, taking and processing orders via POS and other platforms if necessary
· Managing customers and enquiry thru email and phone, resolve customers’ enquiries, complaints and feedback
· Overall in-charge for daily sales and stocktake in and out
· Cashiering and Bank in cash
· Corporate with manager and supervisor
Key Requirements:
· Only applicable for Singaporean/Permanent Resident
· Preferable for male applicants
· Able to carry stock more than 10kg and long standing hours
· Excellent communication in English and Mandarin and listening skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutions to the customers
· Able to work on rotating shift (including weekdays and weekends)
