Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of HR processes and procedures.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Prior experience in an HR assistant or administrative role.
- Good understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
