Requirement
- Strong business domain knowledge in insurance or related financial industry e.g. (Banking, Fintech etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis and/or consulting experience.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives.
- Experienced in supporting techno-functional assessments across functions in insurance.
- Possess strong reasoning skills and able to bridge gaps between technology and business requirements.
- Familiar with change management processes and project management fundamentals
- Strategic forward-thinking approach to challenges with outstanding communications, influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills.
- Proactive, highly self-motivated, result oriented and can work independently with ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Strong teamwork experience in managing internal stakeholders, end users and vendors.
- Knowledgeable in Web, Mobile technologies, app ecosystems and APIs
- Well versed in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence and QC tool will be an added advantage.
- Expertise in ID prototyping tools such as Figma will be an added advantage.
