Job Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Responsible for leading the planning and design of Mechanical engineering works for building services.
- Review reports, specifications, calculations, drawings and other documents prepared at the different stages of a project.
- Oversee project execution, quality and contract administration of Mechanical engineering works.
- Build relationship with clients, suppliers and vendors to procure materials and components for prototypes and production.
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and technical discussions to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
- At least 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering design for building services
- Registered with the Professional Engineers Board
- Proven experience in a consulting firm with proven track records in major development projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit is advantage
