Your Role:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively connecting with our customers on a daily basis
- Identify gaps in product vs client usage
- Able to interpret data given to assess needs of customers
- You will be the key driver to ensuring a seamless customer experience
- This role requires you to feel comfortable speaking over the phone as well as via texts/emails
- Keep our customers informed and engaged at the different stages of their journey with us
- Keep track of conversations - to ensure we are engaging at the right time
- Keep track of client feedback and feature requests
What We're Looking For:
- Quick and fast learner with a positive attitude
- Working proficiency in English and Mandarin languages is required
- A passion for making a difference for our users
- Be responsive and take initiative - thinking on your feet
- A desire to learn, grow and contribute beyond the immediate job scope
- Basic proficiency with Google Suites, specifically with Sheets and Docs
