We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer of after sales market to join the dynamic team and contribute to our mission of shaping the future of clean energy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in-field and in-house - Hands on is a must !!
- Assist in product design from inception to commissioning.
- Supervise quality control plans and workshop maintenance.
- Liaise with customers, analyze non-conformity reports, and propose solutions.
- Conduct Corrective Actions (CA) and Preventive Actions (PA) to enhance service quality and prevent recurrence of issues.
- Project Mangement & Coordination, liase between China HQ, Client and SG APAC office.
- Travel within Asia Pacific, India Middle- Eastern countries to support sales, and improve department processes.
- Response of sales enquiries & RFQ, provide workable solutions to advise client.
- Improvement planning & solutions proposals to management ( SG, HQ & Job site )
- Response to job site report writting & client enquiries.
- Prepqare BOM ( Bills of Material ) & sourcing for materials with most competitive price.
- Ad- Hoc duties as requested
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- Minimum 1-3 year of experience in field service, automations or wind energy industry.
- Able to commit standby and travel if required.
- Able to commit frequent travel 75% & commit stanby duty 24/7
- Must be comfortable to WORK IN HEIGHT : 150-180m
- Must able to travel to diffrent countries to attend field service in short notice period !!
- Trilingual & Multilingual is highly advantageous !!
Remuneration :
☑ Basic: $3000 - $ 4800
☑ 5 Days, Mon – Fri 8:30am- 5:30pm
☑ Location : Central
☑ Travelling to APAC + India + Middle East countries
