· Performance Marketing Management:Oversee and optimize onsite marketing activities across Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and TikTok, along with off-site marketing on platforms like Facebook CPAS.

· Budget Oversight:Strategically allocate and manage the marketing budget, tailoring plans based on both daily and monthly performance trends to ensure optimal expenditure and ROI.

· Collaborative Efforts: Engage in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives, enhancing overall campaign efficacy.

· Data Analytics:Conduct thorough data analysis to optimize campaigns and improve performance. Regularly report on key metrics, providing insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

· Competitive Analysis: Continuously research market trends and competitor strategies to identify threats and opportunities, ensuring our marketing efforts remain ahead of industry curves.

· Insight Generation:Identify and address marketplace opportunities and challenges, delivering actionable insights to both the brand team and stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

· Performance Optimization:Refine and enhance both onsite and offsite keywords and campaigns to drive key performance indicators, notably Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

· Industry Adaptability:Rapidly acquire knowledge across diverse sectors such as FMCG, Home Appliances, Fashion, and Beauty, applying this understanding to tailor marketing approaches.

· Presentation and Reporting:Effectively communicate and present critical data and strategic insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.

· Campaign and Event Execution:Plan and execute marketing initiatives during festive periods and for corporate/marketplace awards, managing creative content and social media strategies to boost corporate visibility.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

· Experience in performance marketing within an e-commerce environment is highly preferred.

· Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret extensive data to make informed decisions.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.

· Innovative problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
