EXECUTIVE, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities:
- Support the scheduling and coordination of training sessions, events and enrolment applications
- Process and track enrolments, attendance and certification
- Support the preparation of training materials and related resources
- Generate and tabulate learner evaluation results
- Prepare reports for analysis and audit
- Handle phone, email and walk-in enquiries
- Support the managing and filing of grant disbursements where applicable
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- IT-savvy and familiar with digital learning solutions
- Service-oriented, with good coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders (trainers and course participants) for course-related matters
- Organised and meticulous in ensuring accuracy of learner database and possess excellent time management skills
- Able to anticipate problems and provide possible solutions
- Eager to learn and excellent team player
- Experience in course administration or training management is preferred
- Candidate with ACTA or ACLP qualification would be an added advantage
