Business Development
- Identify and cultivate potential clients, projects, and opportunities within the HVAC sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HVAC needs and project requirements.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections while providing accurate and relevant information.
- Provide technical support/equipment selections/solutions and proposals to customers/consultants/ designers.
- Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base.
Coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing HVAC systems, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with project engineer teams and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project handover from sales to execution.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are met within defined timelines, budgets, safety practices and policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Flexibility to travel at any given time
- Prefer candidate with Class 3 driving license.
