Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for workers to carry out tasks.
- Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
- Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
- Supervision of work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.
- Full-Time position
Job Requirement:
- Preferred relevant working experience in Singapore (others relevant experience can be discussed )
- 2-5 years of working experience in related works
- Experience with Project Management, Safety and Health Management, and Risk Management Manager is added advantage
- Abe to work independently, and manage a team of workers.
- Must be hands-on, daily inspect the site works, and ensure projects completion on time
- Class 3 driving license preferred
- Good project management skills, excellent communication and coordination skills and great conceptualization and presentation skills will be helpful though not necessary.
