The IT Security Maintenance Engineer is required to provide support and preventive maintenance service to customer, to address and resolve customer’s system fault. The person will have the opportunity to expose to different products and technologies and experience different industry sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consulting and advice
- Respond to customer enquires and/or fault resolution request
- Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies
- Manage and maintain the equipment store
- Make arrangement to send faulty equipment back to vendor for repair
- Perform preventive maintenance for customer
- Conduct network troubleshoot
- Conduct routine system checks, updates, and optimizations to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of security tools
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with vendors and support teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk queries, dashboards, and reporting is a plus.
- Familiarity with CyberArk administration, policies, and access controls us a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Splunk Certified User/Administrator and CyberArk Trustee are highly desirable.
