Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-site survey, supervise, testing, commissioning and maintenance of network. Project delivery / solution implementation, in coordination with customer and / or cross-functional team members internally. May be involved in the technical proposal of new network presales stage.
- Perform system configuration and testing, end-to-end integration testing and interoperability test with operators and / or customers
- Responsible for recover issues or outages in the live network of telecom operators. Carry out post issues investigation and communicate with stake holders to find out the root causes with final report.
- Provide remote technical support and on-site trouble-shooting to customers, standby major or critical problems that can’t be solved remotely.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Information Technology IT/ Information Communication Technology ICT/Telecommunication / Computer Engineering.
- Knowledge on TCP/IP routing protocol.
- ICT certification is an added advantage.
- Intern experience working in Data Communication, Networking environment or telecommunication industry is an added advantage
- Excellent team player with initiative and ability to perform under pressure and work in a high stress environment
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
- Highly customer focused and able to converse with people of all levels, good in responsibility and pro-active to provide presale & post-sale support, customer-oriented, team work.
