Position: HR Admin
Location: North
Working Hour: Normal Working Hours
Job Responsibilities:
- To support daily HR & Admin functions.
- Manage the recruitment process and work pass processes, including technical hirings.
- Handle end-to-end staff onboarding and offboarding process.
- Prepare HR updates, correspondence, and contracts.
- Provide general office administration and procurement support.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in HR / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles / recruitment firm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and presenting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
