The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the Southeast Asia and South Asian Frontiers (SEAS) Central team, this role involves leading strategic workstreams and projects, driving governance and infrastructure, and helping transform ways in which sellers operate across a range of business topics. In this role, you will collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders from senior stakeholders to sellers and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategic discussions into key business topics such as Video product go-to-market, agreement strategy, design of seller performance assessment, and more.
- Manage Southeast Asia’s seller enablement program on competitive business.
- Lead reporting infrastructure and program management of key operational initiatives.
- Drive key workstreams within annual planning.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
