Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective business strategies to support busine0ss growth for Ship repair and Ship Conversion (SR & SC).
- Analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for business expansion in SR & SC.
- Prepare and submit business proposals to clients in a timely manner.
- Present business proposals to clients and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities in SR & SC.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and key industry players.
- Work closely with the CSR, EDC and Operations departments to prepare and submit business proposals for new Ship Conversion projects.
- Ensure all proposals are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Participate internal meetings and discussions related to the projects.
- Take notes and prepare minutes or reports for internal use.
- Prepare reports and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
- Propose innovative ways to attract and retain customers.
- Work closely with current clients to identify future project opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base.
- Set sales targets and work towards achieving them.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets.
- Ensure that all SR & SC projects are delivered smoothly and meet customer expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Engineering terms.
- With 8+ experience in Marketing.
