Job Description:
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the Building and Facilities.
- Manage the budget for facility operations and maintenance.
- Liaise with and oversee service providers and contractors for various facility-related services.
- Ensure that the Building and Facilities comply with Health and Safety regulations.
- Manage security measures and access control to protect the Building and its occupants.
- Manage the workers who would do renovation works, cleaning, E-waste recycling, building maintenance, gardening, steel works, and etc.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- May require to attend to retail shops for technical service support.
